At Flourish Counseling Co. we truly believe recovery is possible. We focus on luxuriant growth for the mindful woman by providing effective individual therapy as well as various groups for those residing in Florida. Our specialty is trauma recovery for women, college students, and teens. We use various forms of therapy including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Reconsolidation of Trauma Recovery (RTM), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Levels I & II, and expressive arts therapy techniques. Often when dealing with trauma, we find women we work with struggle with relationships, boundary issues, codependence, low self-confidence, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. These can be common symptoms of trauma and we are confident we can help you heal.

Our History
Flourish Counseling Co. began with a passion to help others reclaim their lives. Owner, Cristina Ally, began her counseling journey in the Fall of 2013 when she decided to pursue her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She began counseling as a graduate-level intern at Esperance Counseling Center in Orlando during the Summer of 2015. In January 2016, she joined the professional counseling team at First Orlando Counseling Center in the Millenia area and enjoyed serving there full-time until 2019.
In March of 2019, Cristina decided to open up a counseling center that truly embodied her beliefs, style, creativity, and therapeutic approach. Her easy relational style and love for aesthetics make Flourish Counseling Co. a warm and welcoming place for women, young adults, and teens all over Central Florida to heal.
