Sexual Abuse Recovery (50 min or 110 min)
We specialize in working with women recovering from sexual abuse no matter if it was a single instance trauma, intimate partner trauma, childhood trauma, or any other version of an experienced sexual violation. Recovery is possible and it is our joy to work alongside you as we restore feelings of hope and safety. Session can be scheduled as either a 50 minute or 110 minute session.
Trauma Recovery (50 min)
Trauma recovery includes work that is done alongside trauma resolution tools such as EMDR, ART, or RTM. We can work on issues like increasing healing attachment, boundaries, healthy relationships, working through revictimization, codependency, self-esteem, and family of origin issues.
EMDR Session (Trauma Resolution – 110 min)
EMDR is a form of trauma resolution. When we are ready to tackle the traumas in your life, we can schedule a 110-minute session that specializes in working through major traumas and issues with the EMDR protocol which takes 90 minutes to administer.
ART Session (Trauma Resolution – 110 min)
ART is a form of Trauma Resolution. When we are ready to tackle the traumas in your life, we can schedule a 110-minute session that specializes in working through major traumas and issues with the ART protocol which takes 110 minutes to administer.
RTM Session (Trauma Resolution – 110 min)
RTM is a form of trauma resolution. When we are ready to tackle the traumas in your life, we can schedule a 110-minute session that specializes in working through major traumas and issues with the RTM protocol which takes 110 minutes to administer.
Sand Tray Therapy (50 min)
Sand Tray therapy allows for clients to explore their feelings, experiences, and beliefs by using symbols and figurines rather than just words alone. This can be a powerful intervention for those who have experienced trauma OR have a hard time organizing their experiences.
